step 2: The technical assessment.
This is a paid diagnostic call. We review your designs, budget, timeline, and existing assets, then provide a clear report with risks, options, and next steps. If you choose to proceed with a credit package, the assessment fee will be credited toward your project.
Step 3: defining the workload
Based on the assessment, we define the scope of work and the credits needed. You choose a credit package (Starter, Standard, or Pro), and credits can be used flexibly across audits, mentorship sessions, and execution work.
Step 4: execution and handover
We utilize your credits to complete the agreed-upon work, including finalized assets such as patterns and tech packs, as well as focused consulting and negotiation support. You receive a project summary, full ownership of all deliverables, and a clear position for your next production run.
